a fashion designer by trade, i find myself drawn to expressing my connection to people and the planet through the use of innovative and circular materials.  my creative process has prompted many questions about the responsibility that designers, makers, and artists have to the earth and to each other.  how can we honor our inheritances - both from people and the planet? what practices can we use to create newness while also doing no harm?
